Bought new unit about 5 months ago. Unit was cycling on and off. Robert, Southern Air, found float vavle was the culprit. Lack of maintenance on homeowners part. Need to clean condensation line. Called for service at 8 am, technican was knocking on my door at 10 am (same day). Impressive. Hard to beat that kind of service.
